Our newly stripped back restaurant is now a casual affair. Named after the iconic Scottish whisky distillery roof architecture, you’ll find a menu that is served in both Pagodas and Toots with Mix ’n’ Match dishes, a choice of seasonal produce as well as 21-day aged steaks including a roast to share.

Seating up to 22 diners, the restaurant has some unique and striking abstract artwork depicting copperwork as a nod to the spirit stills.

It’s also available to hire privately or as a 25-seater conference room with state-of-the-art audio visual presentation facilities.
